Matt Ouverson’s Wicked Pig signature marinade helped him win the 2019 SCA World Championship and is a standard on the SCA circuit. Use this with your steak and no further tenderizing is needed! If you are looking for a championship level steak, this is just one of your key ingredients. Wicked Pig’s top secret formula for a tenderizing marinade can take you over the top. Directions: 1. Add 1 oz scoop (provided) mix with 16 oz of water 2. Add liquid to pounds of beef, pork or lamb and marinate for 15 – 20 minutes. 3. Pat dry then add seasoning. 4. Cook on desired heat source.
