Let’s Crank It Up for Summer…

We needed an excuse to cook on that live fire again. Here it is: Let’s learn some Next Level St Louis Style Pork Steaks and a perfectly grilled Tri Tip! We wanted to mix it up a bit, so we will grill them both on a Crank It Up Santa Maria and on a PK 300 Series. We can’t forget our Pellet friends, so we will add in a full Smoked Turkey Breast recipe with a wonderful glaze finish. We have plenty of room on that Pellet so let’s put together some legit, 6-cheese Mac to go with it. As always, we will share the entire cook process, timeline, recipe, and full ingredient list with you.
